Russia's Chamber of Commerce published an op-ed by the CEO of a firm that is spearheading "carbon reporting" in Russia. The author writes: "Today, the climate agenda and carbon neutrality remain among the most discussed topics at all levels. Both individuals and entire territories feel the consequences of weather anomalies and natural disasters caused by climate change ... The most unwise and short-sighted thing, in my opinion, is to ignore the ongoing changes and try to stay away from the climate agenda.
