The Russian Health Ministry has "significantly relaxed its requirements for compulsory vaccination against Covid-19", RT reports. Under the new rules, if Covid is declared a "threat", only people who haven't been vaccinated or haven't "contracted" Covid, and all individuals age 60 or older, and all people suffering from various chronic illnesses, will be required to get injected.
