Yes, I know, it's insane, but public gatherings are still banned in Moscow because of The Virus. If you don't believe me, just read this August press release published by Russia's Communist Party. Only "concerts and pro-government rallies (permitted by the authorities)" are safe from the dreaded Virus! 😷🙃
