PUBLIC HEALTH: At the end of January, Stavropol Krai suspended scheduled medical examinations and screenings "due to COVID"—while operating 24-hour injection sites. Planned medical care has since been restored (sometime before May 19, we couldn't find the exact date, our apologies) but the round-the-clock clot-shot party centers remain. 🥳💉🥳💉🥳💉🥳💉🥳
