🐦Spotted Munia The Silent Talkers That Visit Me Daily They’re smaller than sparrows, quieter than most birds, and endlessly endearing. Known as Spotted Munias, these tiny creatures are often called Silent Talkers—not because they’re mute, but because their soft whistles feel like whispers in the wind. Their full-time job? Nest-building. You’ll see them hauling grass strands twice their size, weaving intricate homes—sometimes not even for themselves, but for communal use. It’s teamwork in feathers. Some take on the role of scavengers, feeding others in their flock. Yes, they’re that social. And they’re mostly vegan too—living off seeds, grains, and the occasional berry. Why am I telling you this? Because they make my day. And maybe… they’ll make yours too. Clicking them is a challenge, but I managed to capture a few moments—like this one. - Rajiv 🦁 @Poetly 🙏
