ARCHIVE AND MUTE Official Telegram app for Android provides "Archive and Mute" feature. So Plus Messenger provides it too. What is this? If it is ON then new chats, groups and channels from non-contacts are automatically 1. Muted. 2. Moved to Archive. Important note! This feature is available not for all users. It is Telegram platform who decides if your account gets enough chats from non-contacts to be given this feature. Or you can buy Telegram Premium: it is available for all Premium users. How to enable this? If the feature is enabled for your account then you see "New chats from unknown users" partition on your Privacy and Security settings screen. Turn on "Archive and Mute" switcher to enable the feature. If you do not see this mod then Telegram platform does not give this feature for your account. Subscribers of Telegram Premium have access to this feature as part of their subscription perks.
