CAN I RESTORE DELETED MESSAGE/GROUP/... ? Short answer: Deleted items can not be restored in Telegram. Long answer: Deleted means DELETED. Every item you delete in Telegram is deleted forever. Telegram does not give you any chance to say "I've changed my mind", to look in some kind of Recycle Bin, nothing like that. Everything deleted is deleted forever, without any way to recover it. This is true for messages, groups, channels, contacts, whole account and so on. This is not Plus Messenger restriction, this is Telegram one. Developers of any Telegram app should follow it.
