Standardized MRV/certifications (e.g., GGL/ISCC/SURE) support bankability and offtake; additional pilot initiatives in hydrogen sit within the broader Axion perimeter. Vehicle details: Total size is $5m USD, closing by October 1'st Highlights: * Significant near-term cash flow from RAW Energy with a scalable, repeatable build-out. * Capital-efficient growth plan with standardized MRV/certifications for offtake. * Optionality from APB all-polymer batteries and other Axion assets (not core to base case). * Allocations prioritized for strategic investors.
