🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On the Report by the Head of the OSCE Mission in Kosovo» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 29.05.2025) 💬 We express deep concern over the worsening security situation and systematic violations of minority rights in Kosovo, particularly the pressure on the Serbian community. 🔻Kosovo-Albanian "authorities" continue to exclude Serbs from political life. Attempts to block candidates from the Serbian List from elections are unacceptable. 🔻Belgrade-run institutions supporting Serbs are being shut down under false pretenses of "dismantling illegal structures." 🔻Selective prosecution against Serbs remains a major obstacle to justice and equality. ❗️The refusal to establish the Community of Serbian Municipalities (CSM) confirms Pristina’s push for a mono-ethnic Kosovo, violating its obligations. ☝️Political stability and sustainable settlement is impossible without protecting all communities. Any solution must comply with UNSC Resolution 1244 and guarantee equal rights for Serbs and other minorities.
