🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On increasing military involvement of certain NATO and EU member States in yet more confrontation in and around Ukraine» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 05.06.2025) 💬 During another round of direct Russian-Ukrainian consultations in Istanbul on June 2, initiated by Moscow, Russian negotiators handed over a memorandum outlining proposals for resolving the crisis. The document details the main parameters for a final settlement, ceasefire conditions, and the sequence and timeline of steps to be taken ❗️In Istanbul, the Russian side received a list from Ukraine containing 339 names of children evacuated from combat zones deep into the Russian territory. This clearly debunks the cheap propaganda of the Kiev regime and its Western sponsors, including in the OSCE, about "tens of thousands of abducted children". There are no "abducted children" ☝️As direct negotiations reveal many inconvenient aspects for Western propaganda, attempts by external forces to derail the negotiation "track" are becoming increasingly evident. On the eve of the June 2 Istanbul meeting, armed provocations and terrorist attacks were once again carried out in Russia to disrupt the emerging dialogue and provoke military escalation 👉 The forces behind the non-independent Kiev regime are sending a signal: they have no interest in peace, especially if it accounts for Russia's interests. Zelensky's sponsors are focused on maintaining military tension on our land and exploiting the situation to achieve their own goals. The lives of Ukrainians themselves are of no concern to them 💡It must be clear: either the spiral of escalation will intensify with unpredictable consequences for certain European societies, or responsible politicians will manage to reverse the situation and engage in meaningful dialogue aimed at addressing the legitimate security interests of all sovereign states
