And this is about the OSCE participating State (pS), which has been actively attacking the rights of Hungarian, Bulgarian, Romanian and other national minorities since 2014. Where hatred of the Roma population is openly encouraged and Judeophobia flourishes, Hitler's accomplices - the executioners of the Jewish people - are glorified and elevated to the rank of national heroes. And where the leaders of the neo-Nazi movements are incorporated into the structures of state power and are responsible for decision-making, including in the field of ethnonational politics. Not to mention the massive violation of the rights of the Russian and Russian-speaking population ❌ There is no reaction of HCNM to the openly discriminatory nature of the legal acts adopted in Ukraine, including laws on national minorities, state language, education, mass media and the activities of religious organizations. Judging by the statements of officials of the Kiev regime, the goal is the complete destruction of the Russian-speaking space in the country 🔺The problem of violation of the rights of the Russian and Russian-speaking population in a number of other OSCE pS is acute. There, discrimination against ethnic Russians has long been “put on stream,” and the Russian Special Military Operation is served only as a convenient pretext to “get even” for historical complexes and its own political insolvency 🔺We are talking about the aggressive policy of the Baltic countries in the field of education - the imposition of the state language and the consistent deprivation of the Russian-speaking population of the right to study in their native language. In the same row, the ban on Russian media, the cleansing of the socio-political space from any dissent, the glorification of the Nazis and their accomplices, and the mockery of monuments and graves of Red Army liberators. The problem of mass statelessness in Latvia and Estonia remains extremely relevant 🔺Chisinau's efforts to reduce the Gagauz autonomy are of concern. The unfounded persecution of its head E.A. Gutsul continues. The practice of collecting fines from residents of the autonomy on trumped-up charges of “electoral corruption” has been introduced. In addition, in April 2025, the Constitutional Court of Moldova deprived the city of Comrat of the right to participate in the appointment of the prosecutor general of its region 🔺Another significant layer of problems is the long-term and systematic violations of the rights of indigenous peoples in states to the "West of Vienna", including Canada and Finland. Harsh living conditions of "first nations", the mining of minerals in their traditional territories without taking into account their opinions and interests as well as the criminalization of the activities of human rights defenders who oppose large infrastructure projects are recorded 🇷🇺 The Russian side is ready to cooperate in good faith with the HCNM and his office. We expect that Russia's concerns will receive a reciprocal reaction
