🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On the 30th anniversary of the Srebrenica events» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 10.07.2025) 🇷🇺 The Russian Federation consistently advocates for an impartial investigation of all cases of international humanitarian law violations during the BiH conflict concerning all ethnic groups: Bosniaks, Serbs, and Croats. ⚖️We consider it unacceptable and provocative to place the entire responsibility for unlawful acts solely on the Serbian people. 🕊️The Dayton Agreement (based on the principle of equality between two entities and three constituent peoples) remains the cornerstone of stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina. ⚠️ Nevertheless, there are those willing to "play with fire", allowing the erosion of the time-tested original Dayton architecture to serve narrow political interests. 🇷🇺Russia as a guarantor of the Dayton Agreement will: ✅ Continue to uphold the necessity of its comprehensive implementation ✅ Facilitate genuine interethnic and interfaith harmony ✅ Promote the strengthening of a climate of trust and cooperation in the Balkans
