🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On the 64th Round of International Discussions on Security and Stability in the South Caucasus» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 10.07.2025) 🇷🇺 The Russian Federation considers this format as a unique platform, ensuring direct dialogue between Tbilisi, on one side, Sukhum and Tskhinval - on the other, on issues of post-conflict settlement. 📃 As the most important task in this direction, we consider concluding a legally binding agreement on Tbilisi's non-use of force against Sukhum and Tskhinval. ❗️We expect that the conciliatory line declared by official Georgian authorities regarding the young South Caucasus republics will find its practical reflection, including within the framework of these discussions. ‼️ Once again, we are forced to state: the Georgian side's persistent unwillingness to abandon politicization of displaced persons and refugees issues undermines their discussion within the second working group of these discussions.
