🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On the report of the Acting Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 24.07.2025) 💬 We welcome Ms Tatiana Turcan, Acting Head of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe. We note the complex work of the Office on the three dimensions of OSCE security. We call for using the potentials of Russian as well as CIS experts ☝️We note the efforts of the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe in the fight against transnational threats and in the field of cyber and border security. We see practical results in a wide range of issues in the economic and environmental dimensions. We note the Office's contribution to the development of Tajikistan's national policy on water management and the combating the consequences of climate change. The Office's efforts are notable, including in the areas of combating human trafficking, domestic violence, prisoner rehabilitation, and youth work 🇹🇯 Dushanbe is an important partner of Russia in multilateral structures. We expect that assistance of the OSCE Programme office in Dushanbe to the authorities of Tajikistan will be carried out in strict accordance with the mandate of the field mission, as well as the needs and national traditions of the host country
