🎙 Comment by Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the OSCE Alexander Volgarev «In response to the Address by the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly» (meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council, 11 September 2025) 💬 We welcome the new OSCE PA President. He voiced important principles: dialogue, no double standards. However, in practice, the OSCE PA acts conversely - it has turned into a politicized instrument of an anti-Russian course, characterized by Russophobia, discrimination, and ignoring violations of the rights of national minorities in Ukraine 🇷🇺 Russia was forced to suspend its participation in the Assembly. We are ready to consider a return provided that the OSCE PA leadership and a number of member States revise their Russophobic and discriminatory approaches. We hope the Assembly can return to its role as a platform for honest dialogue among all 57 participating States
