🎙Read excerpts from the statement by Deputy Permanent Representative of Russia to the OSCE M.Buyakevich «On increasing military involvement of certain NATO and EU member States in yet more confrontation in and around Ukraine» (meeting of the OSCE PC, 25.09.2025) ⚡️From September 15 to 21, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched over 3,100 projectiles at civilian targets in Russia, resulting in civilian casualties. Western-made weapons were used to strike residential buildings, gas stations, and even the Zaporozhie Nuclear Power Plant. On September 24, formations of the Kiev regime attacked civilian infrastructure in Novorossiysk and Tuapse. These are not mistakes but deliberate terror, with Western arms suppliers as accomplices. OSCE maintains a shameful silence. Finnish President A. Stubb made it clear: the West has no intention of considering Russia's interests. ❗️The West openly declares its goal to use Ukraine as a platform for confrontation with Russia, ignoring our security interests. Their strategy is the dehumanization of Russia and the militarization of Europe. European elites are leading their people to disaster, plunging their economies into crisis. What can they offer their growing army of unemployed? The only foreseeable answer is the old, grimly familiar 20th-century slogan of "Lebensraum" (Living Space) in the East. 🇷🇺 Claims that Russia does not want peace are false. Our country advocates for a sustainable settlement, not a temporary ceasefire to rearm the Kiev regime or unilateral security guarantees for Ukraine. Russia proposed creating working groups to prepare for negotiations, but Kiev has been ignoring our initiative. How can the West, which sponsored the 2014 coup in Kiev, be a guarantor of Ukraine's security?
