IACIR hosted a meeting with Dutch experts 🇳🇱 The guests of the IACIR were researchers of the Netherlands Institute of International Relations"Clingendael" Niels Drost and Giulia Cretti. Clingendahl is an independent analytical centerand academy of international relations based in The Hague. It is the country's leading think tank in the field of international relations. It publishes Spectator -a monthly online magazine on international politics. The achievement of Central Asian regional cooperation and the tasks facing the countries for further integrationwere discussed in details at the meeting. Particular attention was paid to currentissues of cooperation within the 5+ formats and, especially, to strengthening relations between the European Union and the countries of Central Asia. Special focus was paidon the prospectsfor further cooperation in the spheres of energy, transportation, water resources and agriculture. There was achieved an agreement on further partnership between the two analytical centers and maintaining scientific ties on the issues of European-Central Asian interconnectivity.
