IACIR Director met with Frederick Starr On the sidelines of the 10th annual regional forum CAMCA, Sanjar Valiev held a meeting with Dr. Frederick Starr, Chairman of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute. The founder of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute, a leading specialist on the society and politics of Central Asia is a long-time partner of IACIR. Our think tanks are linked by a Memorandum of Cooperation. Within the framework of the meeting, a productive exchange of views on the current regional agenda took place, touched upon key trends and challenges facing the region. The prospects for the development of cooperation between the IACIR and the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute, the implementation of joint research projects were discussed in detail.
