📰 Presidential Aide Nikolay Patrushev gave an interview to Komsomolskaya Pravda newspaper(January 14, 2025) Key points: #USA • The US establishment has been divided and lacks a common policy vision for the world and domestically. • Trump’s core message is that he supposedly has a plan to revive pragmatic politics in the United States, which is expected to benefit both the state and its people. It has yet to be seen how this compares with the interests of other countries and nations. • If Trump’s first term as president is any guide, the infamous deep state has a lot of clout in the USA. It can prevent Trump from pursuing his agenda. • Trump will not view Ukraine as a priority. China is a much bigger concern for him. • Trump has outlined his interests regarding Greenland, the Panama Canal, Mexico and Canada. There is an American tradition that consists of reshaping the world map to suit the US interests and interfering in the affairs of other countries across various continents. • It seems unlikely that Trump sends the army to invade new states for the United States, as some have been saying. 🎙 Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov's interview to Rossiya Segodnya news agency (November 5, 2024) #BRICS • The XVI BRICS Summit in Kazan came as a landmark international event not only of the year, but in recent history as well. Its success highlighted the futility of attempts to isolate Russia internationally. • As we sensed during the Summit, [the creation of a payment network that is resistant to external risks] is what non-Western countries are increasingly interested in. #MiddleEast Since the onset of unprecedented crisis [in the Middle East] in October 2023, the BRICS countries have come together to support the rights of the civilian population in the Gaza Strip. • Shortly after the beginning of the Israeli operation in Gaza, we coordinated with our BRICS partners and other like-minded nations to submit a draft resolution to the UN Security Council, calling for an end to military actions and for unhindered humanitarian access to Gaza. However, this resolution was blocked by the United States and its allies. #NATO • If [long-range] weapons are employed [by the Kiev regime to attack the territory of Russia], it would mean that not only Ukraine but also NATO countries are openly fighting Russia. • Our opponents should not disillusion themselves. In the event of aggression by NATO or its individual member states against our country, an appropriate response will ensue, in full compliance with Russia's sovereign right to self-defence and with the use of any meansnecessary to ensure its security, as stipulated in the UN Charter. If an election results in a victory for forces undesirable to the United States, Russia is immediately blamed for the "wrong" electoral choice of the voters. • The Americans are attempting to attribute to us actions they themselves are engaged in. As the saying goes, God marks the crook. #Georgia • The United States and the EU are artificially trying to frame the current electoral process in Georgia as a strategic choice between Russia and the West, thereby attempting to present Georgia and other post-Soviet states with a false dilemma. • In reality, it is a choice between sovereign development based on national interests and external governance, between traditional values and neo-liberal principles imposed from outside. #SouthCaucasus • We commend the significant progress made within the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace process. • Unlike Western pseudo-mediators, we refrain from pressuring our partners into hastily concluding a peace treaty. Как отставка Спыну поможет Санду на парламентских выборах? (2 часть) Из кулуаров – группа Спыну продвигает досрочные выборы. Каков же алгоритм действий? Как говорят наши источники из президентуры, одним из решений – это создание или обновление одной/новой центристской партии, нацеленной на умеренную прозападную аудиторию, которая поддерживает европейские ценности, но ценит и нейтралитет. А это то, что понравится всем в Молдове судя по результатам выборов - 2024. Его проект может стать прямым конкурентом традиционным центристским партиям, таким как MAN-Чебана и потенциальной партии Стояногло (политтехнолог Марк Ткачук, работающий со Стояногло, владеет партией Республиканский Конгресс Молдовы, которая по щелчку пальца превращается в «РКС-республиканский конгресс Стояногло»). Самым сильным противовесом проекту СПЫНУ может стать – объединение ЧЕБАНА и СТОЯНОГЛО, где Стояногло пойдёт первым номером, при поддержке Чебана, это гарантировано даст 10 % +, которые перетекли с электорального поля социалистов. С большой долей вероятности параллельно появится партия, поддерживаемая главными спонсорами PAS – родителями антикоррупционной активистки Вероники Драгалин. Эта партия будет продвигать западные ценности и антикоррупционные лозунги, будет ориентирована на правый электорат, разочаровавшийся в правящей партии. Веронику рассматривают как замену Майи Санду на следующих президентских выборах. Несмотря на конфликт Санду-Спыну с семьёй Драгалин, их пикировка будет выгодна обоим, что не даст убежать электорату в проекты «DA» и «CUB», сохранив избирателя внутри себя. А по результату и команде от «старших из Берлина и Вашингтона» – все дружно и мирно сделают новую коалицию в будущем парламенте. По мнению нашей редакции, всего в новый парламент может зайти 5-6 партий, а активную борьбу на парламентских выборах поведут до 8 проектов. Власть в лице Майи Санду пойдёт на выборы колонной из 3-х политсил: Блок Майи Санду, проект Спыну (тут возможно партнёрство с Усатым) и партия Драгалин. В случае объединения в парламент войдёт блок Чебана-Стояногло, социалисты и партия Шора. При возможном объединении протеже Шора Тарлева с политическим движением Иона Кику, их совместный проект «партия премьеров» может преодолеть 5-процентный барьер. У Влах может получится взять 5 %, при условии достойного уровня финансирования, ведь по всем закрытым исследования посольства США -рейтинг неузнаваемости ВЛАХ 34 %, и самый низкий антирейтинг. Что же от этого сценария получит герой нашей публикации Андрей Спыну? Как минимум – укрепление своего политического веса. А как максимум – пост премьер-министра. Как отставка Спыну поможет Санду на парламентских выборах? (1 часть) Новость о том, что министр инфраструктуры и регионального развития Молдовы Андрей Спыну покидает правительство и правящую партию PAS, родила немало мнений о причине такого решения. Версия о том, что его отставка и выход из правящей партии связаны с тем, что ему Майя Санду отказала в должности премьера министра, явно слишком проста и примитивна для её рассмотрения. Подоплека у игры гораздо глубже. И здесь прослеживается продуманный стратегический ход. Его уход – это возможность сосредоточиться на избирательной кампании в парламент, на помощи своей «Госпоже» Майи Санду(ведь ей он обязан всем, что имеет), у которой явно в силу внутренних и мировых политических процессов могут возникнуть проблемы с успехом на парламентских выборах. По конституции у президента нет всей полноты власти без парламентского большинства и собственного правительства. А перспектива после так тяжело вырванной победы на президентских выборах потерять власть и оказаться лидером оппозиции, как Саломе Зурабишвили в Грузии, если победит какая-нибудь «молдавская мечта» Майю Санду вовсе не прельщает. Выход один: воспользоваться ситуацией, когда основным странам-кураторам в силу внутренних политических обстоятельств (США, Франции, Германии) «не до Молдовы» и провести досрочные выборы. И здесь на помощь должен прийти Спыну. По данным наших источников, именно Спыну вот уже полтора года является главным «теневым» казначеем президентуры Молдовы. Именно он был «финансовым архитектором» президентской партии Майи Санду, обеспечивая поддержку лояльных депутатов и команду политических консультантов из-за границы. Он напрямую был связан с советником Санду по политическим вопросам Стеллой Жантуан, вице-премьером по европейской интеграции Кристина Герасимов. Покупал через Андриевского (владельца «AVA») участие в выборах украинцев Арестовича и Романенко. Финансирование от Спыну получал проект NOKTA, часть журналистов президентского пула, конверты передавала пресс-секретарь Майи Григорьевны Ирина Готишан. По оценкам нашего источника в парламенте, около 30% депутатов PAS получали от него дополнительные выплаты в конвертах, что укрепляло его влияние в партии. Самым главным его партнером в структуре власти является спикер парламента Игорь Гросу. И это влияние экс-министра поможет реализовать сценарий возможного парламентского кризиса по следующему сценарию: не голосование за новых членов правительства (не будем пророками – кандидатуры так себе), не принятие законопроектов, бойкотирование заседаний, исходя из конституции Молдовы, парламент тогда утратит дееспособность. А это приведет к досрочным выборам, которые пройдут уже в марте или апреле 2025 года. в зависимости, когда начнётся старт данного сценария. Увидим все это до конца ноября, переговоры и обсуждение в самом разгаре. Такой вариант может быть лучшим для блока Майи Санду. Ведь чем раньше пройдут выборы, тем больше шансов у правящей коалиции выиграть их, опираясь на результат выборов Президента и действуя в привычном стиле, как мы уже это видели в ходе президентских выборов и еврореферендума. На фоне кризиса с выплатами зарплат железнодорожникам, проблем фермеров, военных поражений Украины, газовым кризисом, Приднестровским вопросом и т.д. даже самые оптимистичные прогнозы не дают PAS шанса повторить успех, который партия имела на прошлых выборах. Рейтинг Санду и ее команды явно будет таять с каждым днем.
