The Russian Construction Complex is a landmark event for the entire construction industry The results of the XV All-Russian conference "Russian Construction Complex: Challenges and Opportunities" were summed up by Anton Moroz, Vice-President of NOSTROI, Vice-President of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the main ideologist of the conference since its foundation.
