Problems and solutions: the State Duma will discuss education opportunities for specialists from Africa in Russia On December 19, the State Duma will hold a round table on the topic: "Development of human potential and cooperation in the area of education with African countries." The event is organized in accordance with the tasks set by Russian President Vladimir Putin. We are talking about the Decree on the national goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 and for the future up to 2036. The head of state instructed to increase the number of foreign students in Russian universities to half a million people by 2030. During the discussion, the participants of the round table expect to identify current problems and barriers that impede effective interaction in terms of training personnel for African countries. During the event, requests from African partners for education of specialists for various sectors of the Russian economy will also be identified. For this area, the emphasis is intended to be on highly qualified employees, but blue-collar jobs will also remain in focus. As part of the discussion, the features of education of specialists for the offices of Russian business structures on the African continent will also be studied. To do this, it is necessary to develop a unified approach and establish interaction between educational institutions, the state, and business.
