⭕️Vacancy Account Manager / Accounts Receivable & Sales Administrator 📍Kazakhstan (remote) Company: Native Commerce (UK) Salary: $1000–2500 (contractor, paid in GBP via DEEL) Responsibilities: 1. Generate and issue invoices to clients on time. 2. Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection. 3. Communicate with clients regarding payment terms, account status, and discrepancies. 4. Maintain accurate records of all invoices, transactions, and client communication. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to resolve billing issues and improve processes. 6. Prepare regular Accounts Receivable and ageing reports. 7. Support month-end closing activities related to AR. 8. Assist the sales team with administrative and documentation tasks. Requirements: 1. Experience as an Account Manager, Accounts Receivable Specialist or Sales Administrator. 2. Strong background in B2B SaaS client communication and sales support. 3. Proven experience with invoicing, billing, and financial documentation. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian. 5. High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills. 6. Proactive, reliable, friendly and customer-oriented approach. 7. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. 8. Confident user of Microsoft Office / Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting tools. 9. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities. 10.
