Here’s how it will work initially: Accepted format for listing / preview We don’t host large master files directly on the platform, but for video works we will use: A still image (cover image) for the main listing, plus An external Vimeo link (unlisted or password-protected) for the moving-image preview. So yes, you can send us a Vimeo link for each work, and we’ll use that for curatorial review and, where appropriate, embed or link to it for collectors. Delivery of sold works Your current method is completely acceptable: You can deliver sold works on an encrypted flash drive via DHL with tracking, directly to the collector, depending on the arrangement. We will confirm receipt of the flash drive by email each time a sale is made and the work is delivered. Alternative secure digital delivery If you prefer a fully online delivery, we’re also happy to work with: password-protected download links (e.g. WeTransfer Pro, Dropbox, Google Drive) time-limited links, or individually watermarked files for collectors. We can decide case by case what suits you and the buyer best. Section for video / moving image Yes - works will be categorised by medium, and there will be a clear way for collectors to filter for Digital / Video / Moving Image. Your pieces will be tagged correctly so they don’t get lost among static images.
