November 16, 2023. On the sidelines of the IX St. Petersburg International Cultural Forum H.E. Mrs. Olga Lyubimova, Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, met with H.E. Mr. Zemede Tekle, Commissioner of Sport and Culture of the State of Eritrea. The high representatives signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of culture.
