He also suggested creating a global movement for liberation from the colonial legacy. The GBHHEC is a platform, launched by the African Union, for the promotion of the history, heritage and education of the black people globally. The forum "For the Freedom of Nations" is held in the Russian capital, Moscow, from February 15 to17. Representatives from 60 countries in Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America and Europe came to discuss the struggle against neo-colonialism.
