🇷🇺 Highlights from Russian President Putin's address to Parliament On Thursday, Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered his annual address to the country's parliament, the Federal Assembly, in which he outlined the main directions for the country's industrial, economic and social development. Sputnik Africahighlighted the key points of the leader's speech.
