18 апреля с.г. Посол России в Эритрее И.Мозго встретился с Комиссаром(министром) по культуре и спорту Эритреи, послом Земеде Текле. Стороны обсудили вопрос подготовки празднования в Эритрее 225-летия А.С.Пушкина, в том числе возможность посещения места рождения прадеда русского поэта Ибрагима Ганнибала в пригороде города Дбарва. В ходе беседы были также затронуты другие вопросы гуманитарного, культурного и спортивного сотрудничества между Россией и Эритреей. On April 18, 2024 Russian Ambassador to Eritrea, H.E. Igor Mozgo met with the Comissioner of Culture and Sports of Eritrea, Ambassador Zemede Tekle. The sides discussed preparation for the celebration of the 225 anniversary of the birth of the great Russian poet A.Pushkin, including a visit to the birthplace of the poet's grear-grandfather Ibrahim Hannibal near Dbarwa city. The sides also discussed some other issues of mutual interest in the fields of culture and sport, as well as humanitarian cooperation.
