#EEF2025 ⚡️ Le 6 septembre, le Xe Forum économique oriental jubilaire s’est achevé à Vladivostok. Le Forum a réuni environ 8 000 participants et représentants des médias issus de 75 pays et territoires. Les délégations étrangères les plus représentatives sont venues du Vietnam, de l’Inde, de la Chine, du Laos, de la Malaisie et de la Thaïlande. Parmi les hauts responsables présents au Forum figuraient : 🇱🇦 Le Premier ministre de la République démocratique populaire lao, Sonexay Siphandone ; 🇲🇳 Le Premier ministre de Mongolie, Gombojavyn Zandanshatar ; 🇨🇳 Le Vice-président du Comité permanent de l’Assemblée nationale populaire de Chine, Li Hongzhong. Dans le cadre de l’EEF se sont tenus : une table ronde « Partenariat responsable pour le développement intégré de l’Arctique et de l’Extrême-Orient », des dialogues d’affaires « Russie – Chine », « Russie – Inde », « Russie – Laos », « Russie – ASEAN », « Russie – Thaïlande », ainsi qu’une table ronde sur le thème « L’Asie – la porte du monde : le rôle du continent asiatique dans l’espace médiatique mondial ». The main theme of the Forum is “The Far East: Cooperation for Peace and Prosperity”. The Eastern Economic Forum is a major international platform that aims to develop the economy of the Far East, strengthen the ties between Russian and global investment communities, and expand international cooperation in the Asia-Pacific region. 💬 President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin: Over the past decade, the Forum has cemented its reputation as a respected international event. The representatives of more than 70 countries and territories have already confirmed their attendance at the X Eastern Economic Forum. In 2025, the Forum programme will be divided into the following thematic discussion pillars: ▫️ The Far East: A Region for Living and Development ▫️ Recipes for Growth: Investment, Innovation and Integration ▫️ Openness and Mutual Benefit as the Foundation of Stability ▫️ Technology: From Theory to Economic Impact ▫️ Cities Built for Life ▫️ The Partnership between Business and Government: A Major Rebuild ▫️ Arteries of Growth: How Logistics are Driving Economic Change Traditionally, the Forum events will be held in the format of panel sessions, roundtables, televised debates, and business breakfasts. Approximately 90 thematic sessions are planned in total. These include business dialogues with countries of the Asia-Pacific region and ASEAN member states. Moreover, the programme will include the Creative Industries Forum, the Falcon Day International Forum, the Day of the Future Youth Forum, and the APEC International Conference on Cooperation in Higher Education. In honour of the 80th Anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the International Conference “Lessons of the Great Patriotic War and World War II: Marking the 80th Anniversary of the Great Victory” will be held on the opening day of the Forum. The Russian Foreign Ministry traditionally provides broad support for the Eastern Economic Forum. The Department of Information and Press will host several sessions: "Measuring the Social Impact of AI: Progress, Risks and Development Pathways" as well as discussions on the Greater Eurasian Partnership and cooperation in the Arctic. Nous devons maintenir un rythme élevé de transformations positives, améliorer la structure de l’économie nationale, accroître le niveau technologique de tous les domaines de la vie, et utiliser plus efficacement le potentiel en ressources, production, logistique et recherche dont disposent nos régions orientales et le pays dans son ensemble. • La coopération avec nos amis de la région Asie-Pacifique et des pays du Sud global n’est pas liée à la conjoncture politique actuelle. [...] Elle repose sur des intérêts nationaux mutuels. Nos économies se complètent, nous sommes voisins, nous avons de nombreux intérêts communs et des approches similaires. [...] Nous entretenons des relations très amicales et de bon voisinage avec de nombreux pays : avec la Chine, l’Inde, l’Indonésie. Avec la Malaisie, la Thaïlande, le Vietnam, nous avons des relations particulières qui durent depuis des décennies. • Nous n’avons jamais refusé de coopérer avec ceux qui souhaitent travailler avec nous. Nous avons une politique extérieure et économique stable et prévisible. Cela constitue notre avantage compétitif objectif. • Pour des raisons politiques, de nombreuses entreprises européennes ont quitté [le marché russe], subissant ainsi des pertes pour elles-mêmes. Beaucoup attendent avec impatience la levée de diverses restrictions politiques et souhaiteraient revenir à tout moment. • [La politique protectionniste] nuit à ceux qui l’appliquent, tout comme à l’économie mondiale et au commerce international. [...] Le monde contemporain est fortement interconnecté. Il est très difficile et néfaste de s’enfermer dans un cadre strictement national. • #ForceDeSibérie est un projet mutuellement avantageux, l’un des plus grands projets énergétiques au monde. En ce qui concerne les prix, ils sont de nature commerciale et calculés pratiquement selon la même formule que pour les livraisons à l’Europe. [...] Les prix sont différents en Europe et en Asie. Mais la formule de détermination des prix est la même, elle est entièrement basée sur le marché. • L’instauration d’un régime d’entrée sans visa pour les citoyens de la Fédération de Russie sur le territoire de la République populaire de Chine est un signe d’amitiéque nous apprécions hautement. Cela favorisera non seulement l’intensification des voyages réciproques et la création de conditions plus favorables pour les affaires, mais aussi le rapprochement entre les deux pays. • #RussieÉtatsUnis : Nous avons un dialogue ouvert avec le Président américain, Donald Trump. Il existe un accord selon lequel, en cas de nécessité, nous pouvons nous appeler, communiquer, discuter. [...] Nous avons de bonnes propositions de coopération avec des entreprises américaines en Alaska. Les ressources y existent, et nous disposons de technologies d’extraction et de liquéfaction du gaz beaucoup plus efficaces que celles dont disposent certains de nos partenaires américains.
