We present to your attention an annual report by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation “Regarding the Situation with the Glorification of Nazism and the Spread of Neo Nazism and Other Practices That Contribute to Fueling Contemporary Forms of Racism, Racial discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance” Its publication marks an important historical date – September 3, Victory Day over militarist Japan and the end of World War II. The topics covered in the report are particularly relevant amid increased attempts to falsify the history of that war, subvert concepts, and re-assign the aggressors who committed countless war crimes. The ideas of Nazism are once again being revived.
