✨️ On February 28, a 🇷🇺 delegation led by First Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin paid a working visit to Islamabad on the instructions of Russian Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilev, Co-Chair of the Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation. 🇷🇺🇵🇰 The delegation held a number of meetings with ministers of Pakistan's economic bloc, including Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Leghari, Co-Chairman of the Russia-Pakistan IGC, and Musadik Masood Malik, Federal Minister for Petroleum and Water Resources. 🤝 Pavel Sorokin was received by the Prime Minister of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif. The two sides reaffirmed their commitment to developing bilateral relations in all spheres, with a focus on energy and industry. The Russian delegation was accompanied by Ambassador Albert P. Khorev, Minister Counselor Natalia Shmeleva, and Acting Trade Representative Pavel Burlakov.
