🎓 On October 24–26, 2025, a Russian delegation delivered lectures at the Federal Urdu University of Arts, Science & Technology (FUUAST) and the Pakistan Institute of Trade and Development (PITAD). The delegation included Ruslan Prokhorov, the head of the Russian Center of Science and Culture in Karachi; Roman Porozov, an associate professor from the Ural State Pedagogical University; and Gleb Shubin, the Cultural and Education Attaché of the Embassy of Russia in Pakistan. The Russian speakers informed Pakistani students about educational opportunities in the Russian Federation for foreign students. They provided a detailed presentation on the application process and requirements for foreign candidates for the Russian government scholarship for the 2026/27 academic year. Mr. Prokhorov discussed Russia's advancements in domestic artificial intelligence (AI) technology and the success of Russian IT corporations in leveraging AI for educational purposes. 👉 Pakistani students had the opportunity to learn about the cultural, ethnic, religious, and geographical diversity of Russia as a leading scientific and technological world power. 📌 Please note that applications for the Russian government scholarship are accepted only through the portal https://education-in-russia.com/ until January 15, 2026.
