🎉 On April 9, H.E. Mr Anatoly Borovik, Russian Ambassador to Cambodia, and his spouse attended the celebration of the Sangkran Ceremony (Khmer New Year), presided over by H.E. Mr Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom.
