On November 8, H.E. Mr Anatoly Borovik, Russian Ambassador to Cambodia, attended the briefing by H.E. Mr Prak Sokhonn, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Kingdom, for the representatives of the diplomatic corps. In the course of the meeting, the Head of the Cambodian Foreign Ministry provided an update on the implementation of the Kuala Lumpur Joint Declaration on Peace, Cooperation and Prosperity, signed on October 26, 2025.
