📆 On November 18-22, the 27th ASEAN Regional Forum Heads of Defence Universities, Colleges, and Institutions Meeting (ARF-HDUCIM) was held in Phnom Penh. A delegation representing the Military Engineering Academy named after Hero of the Soviet Union Lieutenant General Dmitry Karbyshev participated in the event.
