Kremlin has published a list of Russian and Ukrainian facilities subject to a temporary moratorium on strikes. Key points: ▪ The moratorium also applies to oil refineries, oil storage facilities and nuclear power plants; ▪ The moratorium on strikes on energy facilities is in effect for 30 days starting from March 18 and can be extended by mutual agreement; ▪ The moratorium on attacks on energy facilities ceases to be in effect if it is violated by one of the parties.
