Tuapse has experienced its fourth drone attack in two weeks, resulting in a new fire at a refinery and a prominent smoke plume visible across the city. Following these attacks, 85 residents were evacuated and accommodated in hotels. The fourth fire required 800 personnel and 50 equipment units for extinguishment. Additionally, over 13,000 cubic meters of fuel oil and contaminated soil have been removed due to oil precipitation from drone strikes, which pollutes land, beaches, and harms local wildlife.
