The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media is coordinating with law enforcement agencies the possibility of opening a "white list" in Moscow during the period of mobile internet disconnection, the department's press service stated. This morning, residents of the capital are massively complaining about the inability to order a taxi, send SMS messages, and use communication normally. The "white lists" include government services and major state media outlets.
