The Statue of Zeus at Olympia wasn’t just a sculpture — it was the ultimate flex of Ancient Greece’s power and artistry. 🪙 Who made it? The legendary sculptor Phidias — yep, the same genius who worked on the Parthenon. 🏛️ Where was it? Inside the Temple of Zeus in Olympia — the heart of the ancient Olympic Games. 📏 How big? Around 12–13 meters tall. Zeus was seated, but his head nearly touched the temple’s ceiling! ✨ Made of gold, ivory, ebony, gemstones, and enamel. Total luxury.
