Data Analytics About Us We are a small AI-driven health tech startup working on wearable data analytics to improve sleep tracking and circadian rhythm insights. Using well-curated biobank samples, we have developed a prototype ML model that processes and imputes wearable sensor data (sleep, step counts, heart rate, sleep stages). Our Python engine computes daily sleep-wake circadian features and weekly/monthly trends. We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to refine and scale our platform. This role involves debugging and improving our codebase, implementing UI/UX prototypes, and designing test benchmarks for data science on real-world data. Over time, this role may evolve into a CTO position. Responsibilities Fullstack Development & Debugging ● Debug, refine, and optimize our existing Python-based ML pipeline. ● Implement frontend and backend features for a web, API & mobile application. ● Improve API performance and integrate ML models into production. UI/UX Prototyping & Web/Mobile App Implementation ● Design and implement UI/UX prototypes for sleep analytics dashboards. ● Ensure seamless frontend-backend data communication. ● Work with designers and freelancers to refine UI components. Testing, Benchmarking & Freelance Coordination ● Develop test cases and benchmarks for real-world data validation. ● Submit and verify freelancer tasks for frontend/backend development. ● Optimize database queries, API endpoints, and data visualization performance.Requirements Technical Skills Proficiency in Fullstack Development ● Frontend: JavaScript, React (or Vue), TailwindCSS. ● Backend: Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django), Node.js is a plus. ● Databases: PostgreSQL, Firebase, or NoSQL (MongoDB). Experience with RESTful APIs & WebSocket communication. Ability to debug and optimize code for ML workflows. Experience working with wearable sensor data (sleep, heart rate, step counts, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with DevOps (Docker, AWS, or GCP) is a bonus. ● English level: Conversational or better Soft Skills Self-driven and able to work independently. Ability to coordinate with freelancers and external developers. Strong problem-solving skills and product-driven mindset. Interest in health tech, sleep science, and wearable technology. Why Join Us?
