1 dead, 6 injured in shooting at HBCU Lincoln University's homecoming A shooting at Lincoln University in Pennsylvania on Oct. 25 left one person dead and six injured during late-night homecoming celebrations. The gunfire broke out around 9:30 p.m. in a parking lot near the International Cultural Center. Police detained one armed suspect and are investigating if others were involved. Authorities said the attack did not appear to be planned as a mass shooting.
