UPS, FedEx ground MD-11 cargo fleets as investigation continues into deadly Kentucky crash UPS and FedEx have grounded all MD-11 cargo planes after a fatal UPS crash in Louisville killed at least 14 people, including three crew members — the deadliest in UPS history.
