Write down your goals and prioritize them. 2. Break your goals down into smaller tasks: For example, if your goal is to write a paper, your tasks might include researching the topic, outlining the paper, and writing each section. 3. Create a schedule: Organize your tasks into a schedule that works for you. Be realistic and allow for flexibility, as unexpected things may come up during the day. 4. Include breaks and downtime: Make sure to schedule breaks and downtime into your day to give yourself time to rest and recharge. 5.
