🇹🇷ASELSAN KARAT ile uçuş testlerine başlayan Bayraktar KIZILELMA, düşük görünürlüklü hedefleri pasif olarak tespit edebilen yetenekleriyle insansız jetten gelişmiş avcıya dönüşüyor. F-22, F-35, J-35 gibi beşinci nesil uçakların en büyük gücü, radar kesit alanlarının düşük olmasıdır. Ancak KARAT, radar dalgaları yerine kızılötesi izi takip eder. Ölümcül Üçlü: MURAD + KARAT + TOYGUN KIZILELMA TOYGUN KIZILELMA, Elektro-Optik Hedefleme Sistemi (EOTS) ile de uçuş gerçekleştirdi. Bu entegrasyonla birlikte, dünyada ilk kez bir insansız savaş uçağı gömülü EOTS ile donatılmış oldu. KIZILELMA’nın hava-yer görevleri için TOYGUN ve MURAD radar kombinasyonu, hava-hava görevleri için ise KARAT ve MURAD radar entegrasyonu çalışılıyor. Türk savunma sanayisinin bu seviyede bir sensör füzyonu entegrasyonunu başarması, insansız hava muharebesi doktrininde Türkiye'yi tartısmasız öncü konuma taşıyor. “Having begun flight tests with ASELSAN’s KARAT, the Bayraktar KIZILELMA is evolving from an unmanned jet into an advanced fighter thanks to its capability to passively detect low-observable targets. The greatest strength of fifth-generation aircraft such as the F-22, F-35, and J-35 lies in their low radar cross-section. KARAT, however, tracks infrared signatures instead of relying on radar waves. Deadly Trio: MURAD + KARAT + TOYGUN KIZILELMA + TOYGUN KIZILELMA also carried out a flight with the Electro-Optical Targeting System (EOTS). With this integration, it has become the first unmanned combat aircraft in the world to be equipped with an embedded EOTS. For KIZILELMA, the TOYGUN and MURAD radar combination is being developed for air-to-ground missions, while the KARAT and MURAD radar integration is being worked on for air-to-air missions. The Turkish defense industry achieving this level of sensor-fusion integration places Türkiye in an unquestionably leading position in the doctrine of unmanned aerial combat.”
