Founders like: Dylan Field @zoink Vitalik Buterin @VitalikButerin Laura Deming @LauraDeming Augustus Doricko @ADoricko Ethan Thornton @ethanrthornton Hooman Reza Nezhad @hoomanrenezhad All have it. "What hasn't changed is there's a trait that we look for that we call hyper-fluency and all the old Thiel fellows had it, people like Dylan, Vitalik, & Laura, They have this deep deep passion in an area and they can talk backward and forwards about it all day all night and there's an additional quality where they can scaffold their language.
