你可以使用 “start”命令来获取chat id， 又或者把本机器人拉进你的频道或者群， 并设置成管理员以便获取chat id，你还可以转发某人的消息到机器人来获取chat id， 但转发消息这种方式需要注意的是如果你没有跟他聊天过是获取不到的 chat id实际上就是user id， group id...它是唯一的， 就像人的身份证号码 --- To obtain your chat id, you can use the 'start' command, add this bot to your group or channel and promote it to admin, and then you will get the chat id in no time.
