Telegram 新推出了给 channel post 用 star 打赏的功能，和 reaction 很像，但是： - reaction 对频道主或其他订阅者都是匿名的 - star 打赏对频道主不匿名 - star 打赏可以选择要不要对其他订阅者匿名 - star 打赏可以自定义数量，不像 reaction 每个 emoji 每人最多点一下
