The company will continue to adhere to its core business of real estate development and Mexican hotel and resort operations, while using operating cash flow, real estate assets and capital market financing to build a strong Bitcoin reserve. This transformation aims to accelerate the release of capital that has long been deposited in real estate development, improve capital efficiency, enhance balance sheet liquidity and create better returns for shareholders.
