British Retail Investors to Be Able to Purchase Cryptocurrency Exchange Traded Notes in October According to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) of the UK, a new regulation set to take effect on October 8th, UK retail investors will soon be able to purchase cryptocurrency exchange-traded notes (cETN). cETNs must be listed on an FCA-approved UK trading platform and comply with financial promotion and consumer responsibility rules.
