一件事到底有多大的把握才能上场？我个人的答案是：40%。因为一件事如果有100%的把握、80%的把握、60%的把握，其实根本就轮不到普通人家里的孩子干。别做梦了你想都不要想。绝大多数人应该拥抱40%的机遇：把事情先从40%干到60%，再把事情从60%干到80%。但是很遗憾的是，世界是个反人性的系统：越是穷人的孩子就越喜欢观望，总是要等到有足够的确定性才会上场——但是成功恰恰又是因为敢于拥抱不确定性——富人的孩子的想法是我试100次成功2次或1次就足够了。其实世界的真相是勇敢试10次就有很大的机会成功了。 How sure is it that you can play one thing?
