🌊✨ Last Saturday was epic! Our GRC team teamed up with Rac Hawassa for a lakeside cleanup at Cheleleka Lake, one of the stunning seven lakes in Bishoftu City. 🙌💚 With the support of Akababinet and the Red Cross Society Ade'a Wereda branch, we tackled a lot of plastic waste and made a real difference! 🌍💪 But this is just the beginning! We’re committed to cleaning up more beautiful lakes in Bishoftu and making our city a shining example of environmental beauty in East Africa. 💧🌿 A huge shoutout to the Cheleleka Sub-City Administration for providing the truck for waste disposal, and to the Bishoftu City Tourism Bureau for helping us collect all that plastic.
